Workspace Projects Overview

The Projects settings section helps you review how access is configured across workspace projects.
This view is for workspace-level access review. Use the main workspace Projects page when you want to open or create projects.
Summary Metrics
Section titled “Summary Metrics”The section summarizes:
- Total projects
- Projects with direct users
- Projects with groups
- Projects with no direct users
- Projects with no groups
- Projects with hybrid coverage
These metrics help you find projects that may need access review.
Access Mix
Section titled “Access Mix”Each project receives an access mix label:
- Direct: direct users are assigned
- Grouped: access comes through groups
- Hybrid: both direct users and groups are assigned
- Unassigned: no access is configured
Hybrid coverage is often useful when a project needs both team-based access and individual exceptions.
Filters and Sorting
Section titled “Filters and Sorting”Use filters to find projects by:
- Project name
- Project ID
- Project code
- Description
- Access coverage
- User coverage
- Group coverage
You can sort by:
- Project name
- Direct user count
- Group count
- Attention first
Project Cards
Section titled “Project Cards”Each project card shows:
- Project name
- Project ID
- Project code
- Access mix
- Direct user count
- Group count
- Access configured status
- Direct users and their roles
- Groups and their roles
- Optional project description
Use View Project to open the project in a new tab.
Attention Indicators
Section titled “Attention Indicators”Projects may show Attention needed when access should be reviewed.
Common reasons include:
- No access configured
- No direct users
- No groups
- Many direct users
- Access that is mostly direct instead of group-based
