How do I create an account?
Section titled “How do I create an account?”Go to https://app.hawzu.com/signup, enter your email address, and select Create Account.
Hawzu sends a verification email. After verification, return to Login and sign in.
Do I need to create a workspace?
Section titled “Do I need to create a workspace?”No. When you sign up, Hawzu provides a workspace for your account.
Other workspaces appear after your team invites you and you accept the invitation.
How do I log in?
Section titled “How do I log in?”Go to https://app.hawzu.com/login, enter your email address and password, and select Sign In.
If two-factor authentication is enabled, complete the verification prompt with an authenticator app code, an email one-time code, or a backup code.
How do I reset my password?
Section titled “How do I reset my password?”Open Login Help, choose Password, enter your work email, and send the reset link.

Why do I not see a workspace?

- Verify your account email.
- Accept the workspace invitation from your team.
