Repositories and Projects in Use

Granting access and using a repository are two different things. GitHub decides what Hawzu may see. This step is where you say what it actually uses — test runs then offer these rather than every repository in the organisation.
The step appears for GitHub and GitLab integrations, right after connecting, and can be reopened at any time from the integration’s Repositories in use or Projects in use card using Manage.
Choosing them
Section titled “Choosing them”-
Open the workspace Integrations page and select the GitHub or GitLab integration.

On the Repositories in use (GitHub) or Projects in use (GitLab) card, select Manage.

Search by name, or use Select these / Clear these to toggle everything currently shown.
Each row names the repository, its id, and its default branch — which is what pre-fills the branch field when a test run picks it.

Select Save repositories or Save projects.
During first-time setup you can also choose Skip for now and come back to it.
Not configured is not the same as none selected
Section titled “Not configured is not the same as none selected”This distinction catches people out, so Hawzu states it on the card:

A list that has never been configured is permissive on purpose: it is how every integration created before this step existed keeps working. Saving an empty list is a deliberate choice, and Hawzu treats it as one.
When access is withdrawn
Section titled “When access is withdrawn”If a repository is removed from the installation on GitHub, or the token loses access to a GitLab project, Hawzu does not quietly drop it. The integration shows an orange warning naming the repositories that are no longer accessible, and the Integrations table moves it to Needs attention.
Test runs pointed at a missing repository fail until either access is restored on the provider, or the repository is dropped from this list with Manage.
