Recommendations

The Based on your project section at the top of Smart Insights recommends insights worth adding right now, based on your project’s current health. Each recommendation includes a short reason, so you know why it was suggested before you add it.

Recommendations turn Observatory from a static catalog into a starting point that adapts to your project — surfacing the questions that matter today rather than showing every team the same reports.

How Recommendations Are Generated

Hawzu reads your project’s current health signals — the same signals behind the Project Health scorecard, such as automation coverage, requirement coverage, pass rate, execution progress, and open-defect pressure.

When a signal crosses a threshold, Hawzu recommends the insight that helps you investigate it and shows the reason. Recommendations are:

  • Deterministic — the same project state always produces the same suggestions. There is no randomness.
  • Conditional — a recommendation appears only when its condition is met. A healthy project may show few or none, and the general Recommended starter set is shown instead.
  • Current — recommendations are recalculated from the latest health signals, so they change as the project changes.

What Triggers A Recommendation

The following conditions each surface a recommended insight, most urgent first:

Hawzu shows at most five recommendations at a time, ranked by urgency, and never repeats the same insight twice.

Permissions

Recommendations are part of Smart Insights and follow Observatory access: workspace owners and managers, and project managers, coordinators, and members. Project viewers do not have access to Observatory.
