Manage Integrations

Use the workspace Integrations page to review configured connections, check connection status, update details, copy webhook URLs where available, and delete integrations.
Integrations Table
Section titled “Integrations Table”The table shows each configured connection with:
- Integration
- Description
- Type
- Scope
- Status
- Configuration
- Actions
The Scope column shows All Projects or the number of selected projects. Hover over selected-project scope to see project names.
Connection Status
Section titled “Connection Status”Hawzu checks each integration and shows:
- Checking…
- Active
- Disconnected
If a connection is disconnected, open Edit Integration, review the credentials, and run Test Connection again.
Configuration Details
Section titled “Configuration Details”The Configuration column shows Click Here when configuration details are available.
Depending on the integration type, details can include:
- Jira project and issue type
- GitHub repository and labels
- GitLab project and labels
- Azure DevOps project and work item type
- Linear team and state
- Slack channel and notification preferences
Edit an Integration
Section titled “Edit an Integration”Use the actions menu and select Edit Integration.
You can update:
- Integration name
- Description
- Project scope
- Connection details
- Credentials
- Issue creation defaults
- Slack channel and notification preferences
Sensitive fields are masked during editing. Leave a masked field blank to keep the existing value, or enter a new value to replace it.
Copy Webhook URL
Section titled “Copy Webhook URL”For integrations where Hawzu exposes a webhook URL, the actions menu includes Copy Webhook URL. Use this URL in the external tool when that tool needs to send events back to Hawzu.
This action is shown only when a webhook URL is available.
Delete an Integration
Section titled “Delete an Integration”Use Delete Integration from the actions menu when a connection is no longer needed.

Permissions
Section titled “Permissions”Available actions depend on workspace access. Some users may be able to view integrations but not edit or delete them.
