Delete Panels

Delete a panel only when the dashboard and its charts are no longer needed.

Delete A Panel

Section titled “Delete A Panel”
  1. Open Observatory.
  2. Find the panel on the Panels page.
  3. Open the panel card actions menu.
  4. Select Delete Panel.
  5. Confirm the deletion.

What Gets Deleted

Deleting a panel permanently removes:

  • The panel
  • The panel description
  • Every chart inside the panel

The underlying project data is not deleted. Test cases, requirements, executions, test runs, releases, and defects remain in Hawzu.

Deletion Cannot Be Undone

Section titled “Deletion Cannot Be Undone”

Panel deletion is irreversible. If the dashboard might be needed later, update the panel title or description instead of deleting it.
