Members & Access Overview

The Members & Access settings section helps workspace administrators review who belongs to the workspace and how their access is configured.
Summary Metrics
Section titled “Summary Metrics”The section summarizes:
- Total members
- Active members
- Inactive members
- Members with project access
- Members in groups
- Owners and administrators
These metrics help identify access gaps and high-privilege users.
Filters and Sorting
Section titled “Filters and Sorting”Use the filter area to find members quickly.
You can filter by:
- Name or email
- Status
- Workspace role
- Project access
- Group membership
- Project
You can sort by:
- Name
- Workspace role
- Project count
- Group count
- Status
Use Clear filters or Reset filters to return to the full list.
Member Cards
Section titled “Member Cards”Each member row shows:
- Name and email
- Workspace role
- Active or inactive status
- Project count
- Group count
- Direct project access status
- Project access badges
- Group badges
Members may show Attention needed when their access needs review, such as inactive status, no project access, no groups, or access to many projects.
Recent Activity
Section titled “Recent Activity”Use View recent activity to open the member activity panel.
Activity can be filtered by:
- Type
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- All time
Activity includes events such as invites, role changes, removal, and project access changes.
Remove from Workspace
Section titled “Remove from Workspace”Use Remove from workspace when a user should no longer belong to the workspace.
Hawzu asks for confirmation before removing the user. Removing a user from the workspace is different from removing access to one project.
