Network and Server Troubleshooting

Network and server issues are often temporary. Use these checks before retrying or contacting support.
Network Error
Section titled “Network Error”If you see Network Error, Unable to connect, or Something went wrong:
- Check your internet connection.
- Try another network if available.
- Refresh the page.
- Try a private browser window.
- Temporarily disconnect VPN or proxy tools if your company policy allows it.
Server Error
Section titled “Server Error”If you see a server error:
- Retry after a short wait.
- Confirm required fields are complete.
- Try a smaller or simpler change if you were saving a large edit.
- Capture the message and page URL if it repeats.
Page Not Found
Section titled “Page Not Found”A page may not be available if:
- The URL is outdated.
- You no longer have access.
- The project, release, execution, test run, defect, or other item was removed.
Use in-app navigation and confirm your workspace or project access.
Slow Requests
Section titled “Slow Requests”If a page keeps loading:
- Wait briefly and retry.
- Avoid opening many heavy views at once.
- Check network stability.
- Try a supported browser with extensions disabled.
Contact Support
Section titled “Contact Support”Contact support@snoowl.com if the issue repeats or affects multiple users.
Include what you were trying to do, the visible error, the page URL, and a screenshot if available.
