Access Denied (403 Error)

Problem: You see “Access Denied” or cannot access certain features.

Solutions:

  2. Workspace vs Project Access

    • Some features require project-level access
    • Ensure you’re a member of the specific project
    • Check if you need workspace-level permissions
  3. Resource-Specific Access

    • Some resources may have specific access controls
    • Contact the resource owner or administrator
  4. Request Access

    • Reach out to your team lead or administrator
    • Provide details about what you’re trying to access
    • They can update your permissions

Cannot See Projects or Workspaces

Problem: Projects or workspaces are not visible in your account.

Solutions:

  1. Check Membership

    • Verify that you’re a member of the workspace or project
    • Contact an administrator to add you if needed
  2. Refresh the Page

    • Refresh your browser to reload the project list
    • Clear cache if the list seems outdated
  3. Check Filters

    • If using search or filters, clear them to see all items
    • Verify you’re not filtering out the projects you’re looking for
