Most Hawzu issues come from access, browser state, network conditions, or expected read-only behavior.
#Troubleshooting Categories
- Authentication: login, password reset, verification, and two-factor checks.
- Permissions and Access: missing buttons, read-only pages, inherited access, and role limits.
- Network and Server: network errors, server errors, and page-not-found issues.
- Browser and Technical: cache, layout, browser compatibility, and extension issues.
- General: final checks and support details.
#Quick Checks
Before digging deeper:
- Refresh the page.
- Check that you are in the right workspace and project.
- Clear filters when a list looks empty.
- Confirm your role allows the action.
- Try a private browser window.
- Capture the error message if the issue repeats.
#Expected Read-Only Behavior
Some pages or actions are intentionally read-only:
- Archived releases block further changes.
- Completed releases can block execution changes.
- System roles cannot be edited or deleted.
- Workspace-level shared configuration can be locked from project pages.
- Users may inherit access from groups even after direct project access is removed.
