#Login – Sign In to Hawzu
Sign in to your Hawzu account to access your workspaces, projects, and test cases.
#Signing In
To sign in to your account:
- Go to the Hawzu login page:
👉 https://app.hawzu.com/login
- Enter your email address
- Enter your password
- Click Sign In
If your credentials are correct, you’ll be logged in immediately or prompted for additional verification.
#Email Address
Use the email address you registered with Hawzu.
This is typically your work or business email.
#Password
- Passwords are case-sensitive
- Minimum length: 6 characters
- Avoid leading or trailing spaces (especially when pasting)
#Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
If two-factor authentication is enabled on your account, you’ll be asked to verify your login after entering your email and password.
#Completing 2FA Verification
- A verification modal appears after you submit your credentials
- Open your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
- Enter the 6-digit code
- Click Verify Code to complete login
The verification step must be completed to continue signing in.
#Troubleshooting Login Issues
#Forgot Your Password?
- Click Need help logging in? on the login page
- Follow the password reset flow
- Check your email for the reset link
#Account Not Verified?
If you haven’t verified your email yet:
- Check your inbox and spam folder
- Resend the verification email from the Login Help page
#Still Can’t Log In?
If the issue persists:
- Double-check your email address
- Try signing in from an incognito/private window
- Contact support at support@snoowl.com
#After You Sign In
Once logged in:
- You’ll be taken to your workspaces page
- If you were accessing a protected page, Hawzu will redirect you there automatically
