Login Guide - Sign In to Test Case Management

Sign in to your account to access the Test Case Management platform.

Signing In

To sign in to your account:

  1. Navigate to the login page
  2. Enter your email address (the email you used to create your account)
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click “Sign In”

Email Address

Enter the email address associated with your account. This should be your business email address.

Password

Your password must be at least 6 characters long. Make sure you’re entering the correct password - passwords are case-sensitive.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

If you have two-factor authentication enabled on your account, you’ll be prompted to enter a 6-digit verification code after entering your email and password.

Using 2FA

  1. After entering your credentials, a modal will appear requesting your 2FA code
  2. Open your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
  3. Enter the 6-digit code displayed in your authenticator app
  4. Click “Verify Code” to complete the login

The 2FA modal cannot be closed until you’ve successfully verified your code or canceled the login process.

Troubleshooting

Forgot Password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Need help logging in?” on the login page to access password reset options.

Account Not Verified?

If you haven’t received your verification email, you can resend it from the Login Help page.

Continue Path

After successful login, you’ll be redirected to your workspaces page. If you were trying to access a specific page before logging in, you’ll be redirected there automatically.
