#Network & Server Errors Troubleshooting Guide
This guide helps you identify and resolve common network- and server-related issues while using Hawzu.
Most of these issues are temporary and can often be resolved with basic checks.
#Network Error (ERR_NETWORK)
Problem
You see messages like “Network Error”, “Unable to connect”, or “Something went wrong”.
#Possible Causes
- Unstable internet connection
- Firewall, VPN, or proxy interference
- Temporary backend unavailability
#Solutions
#1. Check Your Internet Connection
- Verify your internet connection is active
- Try opening other websites to confirm connectivity
- Switch networks if possible (Wi-Fi ↔ mobile hotspot)
#2. Retry After a Short Wait
- Temporary outages can occur
- Wait 30–60 seconds and retry the action
#3. Browser Checks
- Refresh the page
- Try opening the app in an incognito/private window
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Temporarily disable browser extensions
#4. VPN or Proxy
- Disconnect VPN temporarily and retry
- Corporate proxies may block requests
- Contact your IT team if Hawzu is restricted
#Server Error (500 / 502 / 503)
Problem
You see messages like “Something went wrong on the server” or “Internal Server Error”.
#What This Means
- The request reached the server
- The server failed to process it successfully
- This is not caused by your data in most cases
#Solutions
#1. Retry the Action
- Server errors are often temporary
- Retry after a short wait
- Ensure required fields are filled
- Remove special characters if possible
- Try saving a smaller or simpler change to isolate the issue
#3. Capture Details
If the issue repeats:
- Note what action you were performing
- Capture the exact error message
- Take a screenshot if available
#Page Not Found (404 Error)
Problem
You see “Page Not Found”, “Bad Request”, or are redirected to a 404 page.
#Possible Causes
- The resource was deleted or archived
- You don’t have access to the resource
- The URL is outdated or incorrect
#Solutions
#1. Use In-App Navigation
- Avoid using bookmarked or shared URLs
- Navigate using the sidebar or top navigation
#2. Verify Access
- Ensure you’re logged in
- Check that you still have access to the project or workspace
#3. Refresh and Retry
- Refresh the page
- Navigate back to the previous screen and retry
#Requests Taking Too Long (Timeouts)
Problem
The page keeps loading or fails after a long delay.
#Solutions
- Wait a few seconds and retry
- Avoid opening multiple heavy pages simultaneously
- Check your network stability
- Try again during lower traffic periods
Contact support@snoowl.com if:
- The same error repeats consistently
- Multiple users are affected
- Actions fail even after retries

Include:
- What you were trying to do
