#Login Help – Password Reset & Account Access
This page helps you regain access to your Hawzu account if you’re having trouble signing in.
#Password Reset
If you’ve forgotten your password:
- Open the Login Help page:
👉 https://app.hawzu.com/login-support
- Enter your email address
- Click Send Reset Link
- Check your email for the password reset link
- Follow the instructions to create a new password
The reset link is sent to the email address associated with your account.
#Resend Verification Email
If you didn’t receive your account verification email:
- Open the Login Help page
- Select Resend Verification Email
- Enter your email address
- Click Resend Verification Email
- Check your inbox (and spam folder)
- Click the verification link to activate your account
You may need to resend the verification email if:
- The original email didn’t arrive
- The verification link has expired
- Your account hasn’t been activated yet
#Common Issues
#Email Not Received
If you’re not receiving emails from Hawzu:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Confirm you entered the correct email address
- Wait a few minutes and try again
- Resend the email from the Login Help page
#Password Reset Link Expired
Password reset links expire for security reasons.
If your link has expired:
- Request a new password reset link
- Complete the reset process shortly after receiving the email
#Account Locked or Access Restricted
If your account appears to be locked or you’re unable to proceed:
- Contact us at support@snoowl.com
- Include your account email and a brief description of the issue
