Login Help - Password Reset & Account Access

Get assistance with accessing your account when you’re having trouble logging in.

Available Options

The Login Help page provides several options to help you regain access to your account:

Forgot Password

If you’ve forgotten your password:

  1. Navigate to the Login Help page
  2. Select “Forgot Password” from the accordion
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Click “Send Reset Link”
  5. Check your email for a password reset link
  6. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password

The password reset link will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

Resend Verification Email

If you didn’t receive your account verification email:

  1. Navigate to the Login Help page
  2. Select “Resend Verification Email” from the accordion
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Click “Resend Verification Email”
  5. Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for the verification email
  6. Click the verification link to activate your account

You can request a new verification email if:

  • You didn’t receive the original email
  • The verification link has expired
  • You need to verify your account again

If you’re still having trouble accessing your account:

  1. Navigate to the Login Help page
  2. Select “Contact Support” from the accordion
  3. Email our support team at support@snoowl.com

Common Issues

Email Not Received

If you’re not receiving emails:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Verify you’re checking the correct email address
  • Wait a few minutes for the email to arrive
  • Try resending the email from the Login Help page

Password reset links expire after a certain period. If your link has expired:

  • Request a new password reset link
  • Complete the password reset process promptly after receiving the email

Account Locked

If your account appears to be locked:

  • Contact support at support@snoowl.com
  • Provide your email address and any relevant details
  • Our team will help you regain access

Back to Login

After resolving your issue, you can return to the login page to sign in to your account.
